During these unprecedented times Spectrum Building Services of America has taken a proactive role in helping our customers deal with the operational and financial impacts due to COVID-19 (coronavirus). We have provided proactive evaluations of all scopes of work and recommended tailored responses for every customer situation in our portfolio. Additionally, we offered all above standard sanitization services at our cost, forgoing profit, to help our customers through this time.

Our entire company is focused on helping our customers ensure that their environment is as healthy and as safe as possible. We have put together a combination of practices, tools and chemistry to provide a superior defense against the threat of viruses. Our goal is to remove the maximum amount of soil to create a clean facility while utilizing appropriate disinfectants to combat the spread of germs that can lead to viruses and disease. We use a combination of:

• Hospital-grade disinfectants
• Color-coded Microfiber cloths (traps 99% of dirt)
• Microfiber NO DIP flat mops (no cross contamination)
• HEPA Vacuums (traps 99.7% airborne allergens)
• Electrostatic disinfectant sprayers
• Enhanced hand wiping and sanitizing procedures
